Welcome to RAD Canyon BMX!
Bicycle Motocross (BMX) Racing is an exciting sport the whole family can participate in!
It's a great way for the whole family to have fun and meet new friends! RAD Canyon BMX is a Salt Lake County Parks and Recreation facility, and is equipped with bleachers, rest rooms and a snack bar. FREE admission, visitors and spectators are always welcome!
ABA BMX racing at Rad Canyon BMX is a sport of youthful achievement and the American family. While the young boy or girl BMX racer develops skills at an individual pace, they are learning about winning, losing and trying again. BMX is founded on good sportsmanship, keen competition and discipline of mind and body. The racer's family learns that time spent together is support of the racer and the individual achievements is quality time.
We are just finishing up the tractor work on the Rad Canyon rebuild and now are looking for some motivated and able bodied hand-workers to get her dialed in for the upcoming practices. Our limitation right now is that we don't have access to water but hope to by next weekend. Without water we cannot properly pack the track.
There will be a work party at the track next Saturday April 12th from 10:00am to 3:00pm so please set that time aside to come out. Any and all help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve Spencer
